Workouts I'm doing - I wanted to share -
Rubber band fork or spoon exercise - attach rubberband to fork or spoon to your table - make sure it stretches 1/2 way to your mouth from the table - pull up and down to your mouth until rubberband snaps- eat that spoon or fork full - hopefully the rubberband doesn't smash u in the face - mine always does - that is 1 rep - I do 100 reps or stop when my face has too many black and blue marks -
Beer drinkers challenge - dig a hole 10 foot in the ground - now drink a beer - put 1 beer in the hole cover it back up - drink a beer - dig out hole with beer in it , drink it - digging and undigging holes - 10000 calories burned - beer 300 calories -
Beer roll / roll beer unopened down steep hill - have a tree up top with a rope tied to it and thus to you -100 foot hill means a 90 foot rope for example - Must have cliff on end - try to catch beer rolling before your rope goes 90 foot or before beer goes off cliff - end if you catch enough beers to keep you happy or all your beers go over the cliff - 8000 calories burned - if catch no beer , 0 calories
Food go round - do this at park - tie food on opposite end of the roundabout thing that goes round and round - you get on side directly across from the food - start going around until you catch food , get sick, barf or give up - did yesterday with ice cream bars - after 6 hours , I gave up , they melted / 10000 calories burned - no calories consumed
