Well, I started a high fat keto type diet (whatever that means) a few days ago. I seriously thought it would be harder & I would be suffering, but in actuality I feel really good. I don't miss the carbs (bread & potatoes my faves) I can stay within my approx. 1200 calories a day. No bloating, no low blood sugar & I have a bit of energy. I hope this works & I don't die of a heartache attack 'cause this type of diet goes against anything I've ever learned about being healthy. But studies say its healthy. I only worry about my high cholesterol, but again it says it will fix that. So get skinny or die tryin'. Just Kidding just wanna get to a healthier weight to be able to chase my kids around.
