I am in the 196's now , won't weigh till I get best showing of day -
I plan on doing all hands on deck for the 192 - Sunday night is DDAY or DNIGHT - Good exercise ( within reason) - recumbent bike - It could be hours - Cleaning garage may take off 20 pounds, really , these are on the to do list - no soda, plenty of hydration, eating more often less amounts through the day, I hope I don't bite everybody's head off this weekend at home - If I get to 192 before Sunday , I'll post then - I have a bounce in my step and feel great - I wish this for all - YOU CAN DO IT - I CAN DO IT - Thanks for the support, back at you and MUCH SUCCESS TO ALL OF YOU !!!!!
