Every day is a blessing, lean on people anywhere you can and know that you've got support! People care and you are WORTH it!! Even a 10 minute walk can be huge in helping you feel better :-) glad you're feeling better

So glad you felt better today. It takes time but I think the better control I have over my food choices the better I feel. And the better one feel the more likely I am to exercise. And the more I exercise the better I feel. And round and round it goes. We are here for you

Please, please anyone with depression problems, DITCH THE WHEAT!! It's causing the depression. I speak from 43 years of experience. I blamed it on everything I could think of, heredity, family situation, spouse, mushrooms. It was the WHEAT! I stopped wheat for about three weeks, and woke up feeling great! I'm not saying stop your carbs, just the wheat. Try it for one month, I dare you!
