Feeling slightly better today than yesterday. Helps to know that there are so many lovely people in the fatsecret community that are loving people and there to support you.

A big thank you to all you lovely people that have reached out to me in my hour of need and offered your support and friendship. It has helped me to relieve that I am not on this journey alone and that there are people that love me out there in the world.

Hopefully through talking to people within this lovely community I can keep my depression in check and rise above the issues in my life.

Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.

I might even try to do some exercise today as a result.

I really feel happy that your feeling that your not alone ...In time my friend you will know my friendship is a real one. Praying you have a peaceful nights rest.. the exercise you spoke of sounds like a positive step for you I hope you will feel strong enough to do some.. if not tomorrow you can try again. Every day is a blessing, lean on people anywhere you can and know that you've got support! People care and you are WORTH it!! Even a 10 minute walk can be huge in helping you feel better :-) glad you're feeling better

So glad you felt better today. It takes time but I think the better control I have over my food choices the better I feel. And the better one feel the more likely I am to exercise. And the more I exercise the better I feel. And round and round it goes. We are here for you

Please, please anyone with depression problems, DITCH THE WHEAT!! It's causing the depression. I speak from 43 years of experience. I blamed it on everything I could think of, heredity, family situation, spouse, mushrooms. It was the WHEAT! I stopped wheat for about three weeks, and woke up feeling great! I'm not saying stop your carbs, just the wheat. Try it for one month, I dare you!
