Y'all? You in southern Missouri lol. Goal weights are tricky I'll change mine but when I was looking at old photos I was pretty slim don't think I want to go that size again.does your challenge give you a meal plan?

That's the ticket John,high carbs, meet or get close to your RDI..exercise and you will lose weight.Oh make sure your excersize deficit is higher than your RDl and your body will be burning fat 24/7...I'm losing about 3lbs a wk and l don't want that because I'm trying to build muscle mass so l slow my process down so only lose 3 to 5lbs a month. IF you do it right you'll feel your body losing weight. lve tried to suggest this many times but people are hard headed they want to take the long way around the bush and continually fail.like l always say my arrow is always pointing down from 248to217 in 7months losing slow amounts on purpose.
