I'm not surprised when GMA sites the study that women need to exercise an hour a day, seven days a week JUST TO MAINTAIN! AND the effort of exercise is not enough to loose weight. But I sure feel better when I exercise and I'm very proud of my self when I have enough self discipline to eat healthy. NOW if the sun would just SHINE!!
