Made a hard long walk yesterday. Really helped me focus. I has been a long time since i excersised and it felt good the muscles where still there, although my endurance was lacking.
Today i jogged for a very small stretch but my back was not strong enough for that yet, so i walked the rest of the way.

Food wise (80% of the battle) is going better, if still too much but i woke up hungry as a bear, so i had a midnight snack that ruined every previous effort. Well as long as i'm alive there will always be another day to try!

Feeling certain i'll get there again. Not ready to get a scale-fix; my guess is around 95 kilo.

thanks for all the support and nice to see some of my old buddies still here to motivate and inspire.
