Okay so I am finally commited to loosing weight. I have four months left before my wedding and I refuse to be a heavy bride. My whole problem I think with loosing weight is that I tend to not eat during the day...I am a night time eater. To sit down and eat breakfast is very hard for me on most days. There is some days that I can eat breakfast but for the most part I can not do it. I just prefer dinner and then a snack on the way to be. My calorie in take is always low because I do eat fairly health when I do eat. How do I over come being a night eater? This a new personal challenge for me.
