Today Monday, after birthday celebrations (2 celebratory meals 1 day) I am 2.5 pounds over my lowest weight which was Sunday morning. Am immediately going back to strickt watching of fats, etc., and will try to do as many phase 1 days as possible. BUT I WILL BE 154.5 AGAIN by next official weigh in (If not less).
