Horrible week, binged on pizza and cake on Tuesday. Fasted yesterday, eating chocolate all morning today! I can't stop!

I don't know what diet you are following so I don't want to throw you off track. When I'm not on a strict diet and the carbs take over like a freakin' drug relapse, steak does the trick. I don't know why; maybe the savoriness and the protein. Usually its a night at my friends house starting with tortilla chips and guacamole while the steaks cook, a glass of red wine or two, then the steak dinner with steamed veggies and a side. Eat until full and do not eat dessert.

My problem is I crave sugar uncontrollably... :( I would forgo actual food for cake
