Lunch , I had a buffalo chicken salad with ranch - cheese , croutons, unfortunately - I imagine 800 calories - utoh -
Dinner- leftover shrimp , broccoli , onion stir fry with soy sauce - 400 s calories
1 - 2 liter of Pepsi 1 - plus 1 / 2 a 2 liter - my Achilles heel -
