Dinner -

2 Holton black angus burgers - 480 total - 300 fat
Onion cut and cooked -
Cup pickles
Arthur Bryant BBQ sauce - 120 calories 4gr sug - 4 carb - 8 tablespoons

Barbecue sauce great for Atkins - trying other sauces also -

Tomorrow morning ice storm - work?




30 minutes recumbent bike with stretching while watching invincible movie

Breakfast tomorrow - whole tomato sliced - 1/2 cucumber - 2 hard boiled eggs -
Sliced ham or turkey - 4 oz

Lunch - tuna fish with pickles , celery , onion , mayonnaise , and green beans -

Dinner - tacos with either hamburger , chicken , tomato salsa , lettuce - no shells - served over hot pork rinds for crunch -
