Sunday 14/8/2018 Went for walk this morning with my daughter and "Lucas" the doby dog. Reviewed and selected some recipes I am GOING to try (changed from I THINK I might try). Have shopping list made up . Next step going though the kitchen and removing all temptations. I really do want to be successful this time. I need this for me. I need this for my family. I need to feel better physically which in turn will make me feel better about me! I don't want to be remembered just as the wife, mom, grandmother that worked to support her family!
