Wisconsin is Wonderful! Beautiful country and GREAT cheese. There is nothing like FRESH cheese curd. Ask me...I know. And then there was that Patty Melt at the little cafe that only had fish during Friday in lent. I literally ate myself sick. There's a lesson for ya.
