Hi all , 2018 is here.
Everybody give yourself a cheer.
Many are along for the ride.
All are feeling a little better inside,
thinking of where they are going to be ,
with a little bit of effort and change they will see.
A toast to you and your families,
May 2018 bring a bunch of fond memories.
If it is on the scale or off,
it might be rough sometimes so don't get soft.
These folks on here there is a plenty,
from 100 years old down to 20.
You will meet some friends
that will help you make it to the ends. (what?, that rhymes).
I am amazed and inspired by one and all,
on this site we will not fall.
Peace and goodwill to all men (and women)
we will lose the weight, our problems, and our phobias and become a ten
