Feeling frustrated as I woke up early today to try out my new elliptical machine, only to find that my L ankle is still so painful that walking is difficult. I had ordered this elliptical, as I enjoy exercising, but needed a way for it to fit into my hectic schedule. And then didn't I go and fiercely sprain my L ankle last week on 3/11/10. I had an x-ray done to rule out a fracture. Being a physical therapist, I know better than to push my ankle before it's healed, lest risk incurring a more serious injury. Patience is not my strong point....
