I just finished week 10 of our 10 week weight watchers challenge. I am down a total of 19.6 lbs. Grrrr.... 0.4 away from 20!! Oh well... next week that 20 will be mine and hopefully I'll get my 10% key chain as well. I did an LA weight loss cleanse or plateau breaker last week to get over my plateau and I tried it again this week with not as good results. Last week I lost 6.2 and this week I lost 1.8. I will not do it two weeks in a row again.
I am getting on my treadmill every morning except today. My iPod has become my best friend along with my treadmill. I have lost a total of 8.5 inches since I began ww on Jan 6th of this year.
