I guess I'm making up for lost time.

Things have been going, I've stopped doing the Free Step on Wii Fit, because I didn't really feel like it was doing much. I'm now using the Free Run instead for an hour. Now I just would like to know the accuracy of the mileage on there. It tells me that I'm "running" over 4 miles in 30 minutes, which makes my hopes for running a 5k seem reachable. Once the weather gets more consistant, I'm going out an investing in a decent pair of running sneakers. I do not want to hurt myself. I already broke my ankle and had surgery by the time I was 18, and I do not want to have to go through that again.

So tomorrow is the ultrasound, I'm pretty nervous, but it's just a test. I shouldn't be nervous until the results come in.

I have yoga tonight, which I'm excited about as always. And, on that note, I don't have much more to say:)

Good luck with your ultra sound tomorrow. Don't be nervous. Easier said than done I'm sure. If it says you're running over 4 miles in 30 minutes that's about a 7.5 minute mile each! You are blazing! It's a lot different outside, I guarantee that, but I am sure you would be fine in a 5K. Easy!!! And I still have yet to do one. : (

Looks like you're doing a great job! I just started here and love the community. I've been working on it on my own up to this point. I stumbled across one of your journal entries and was inspired by your goals... you've done so well! I'm encouraged by that & hope I can follow in your footsteps. :)

alli, i'm glad to see ur doing well, despite being nervous for the ultrasound. i can understand that, but yes, try not to worry too much. no sense in worrying unless something is really wrong. and i envy u with all the exercise! good job!

wow, youre doing great! your chart looks great, im not sure about the wii i do the running one as well but not as much as you! running outside is def harder,as in terain, but you will be building up stamina on the w11. good luck for tomorrow, no worrying ok?? its actually quite amazing what you can see on the screen on those things, so lie back and enjoy? it! i just had some surg done and have photos of my interior? lol! and bits they took out, its amazing technology these days! all the best thinking of you cheers di
