Thanks for all of the support as I also support you - Sometimes I have trouble figuring out what the motivation is - Health of course, family although alot of times,they take this weight loss etc for granted because they love you reguardless - I am doing it for me and for my supporters because of that,they support me - I have a handful of close friends around me and they tell me like it is, good or bad - They get me over the hump , as do you all - It is not a matter of if we all get to our goals, but when - Remember, when not if -
- rotisserie chicken, salads, broccoli, tuna fish, holten hamburger patties, onions, green beans seem to my staple - The more variety I get gets me into trouble -
I am burning calories doing walking, recumbent bike which is great, stretching until I feel a little discomfort and a little meditation -

Get in clothes I got into last year - This supercedes weight - / Be more active - period - /
