Well, I'm back. Hubby took me to a cabin in the Shenandoah Mountains for a week (my anniversary/retirement present). I loved it!! We were totally off the grid, had to travel down to the visitor center to use WIFI our phones didn't work at the cabin. Tried hard to stay on plan, wasn't able to record anything, but I think I did pretty good. It was so relaxing, so peaceful, each morning I had my coffee on the back porch. Haha, even the Bluebird of happiness came for a visit. Hubby and I talked a lot about our futures and our health, he's gong to try staying to Keto better. We discussed retirement plans and we cuddled in front of the fire at night. We totally reconnected! It was wonderful! Now I'm back and gotta get in the kitchen and bake! We have nothing Keto in the house and that is very dangerous! LOL! Oh well, was going to attach a photo, doesn't seem to be working.
