So the past 2 weeks have been hectic. The first week I felt & did SO GOOD. Did not cheat once. Then I got to Friday and completely f*cked out on peanut butter, cheese, bread, viennas, chocolate! WTF was I thinking - the scale wouldn't find out? Too bad, because I carried on with this behaviour for the next 5 days. If the scale did not know by now...it would not be seen as cheating. It's been hectic to get my mind back on track. I've made so many promises to myself, not even myself believes the self anymore. I need to gain control. The fact that I lost 900g in the last 2 weeks (with my shitty choices) is a second chance. I need to lose 4kg by 13 November. That's 1kg per week. I have to work hard now. This is it. If I can rule myself, I can rule anything.
