Allright, I clearly weigh less while on a GLP, so a GLP it will be. Also, I have upper respiratory tract infection and I have no appetite or sense of smell/taste. But I will continue eating mindfully and take my meds.

How is this even possible? 5kg up since a week ago? My monthlies are done 2 days ago, so that's not it. I acknowledge that I didn't look at what I've been eating the last 2-3 weeks, but fknhell, 5kg gain!? I'm really trying not to panic and jump into a 800 calories per day diet. I'm trying to do something that is maintainable, high protein, below 100g carbs, dairy-free. And none of these restrictions is a waste of time. It's how I must eat in order not to get sinus migraines and insane high glucose levels (T1 Diabetic). 1440 cals per day is not bad. A usual person will lose weight following this amount of cals! I just have to remain CONSISTENT!! Let me try and do the same damn thing for a few weeks to see if there's any change. Some humans shave off 500 cals on their diet and lose 1kg per week! I don't seem to lose at all. One last chance...

I am finally back to the weight I logged on Fatsecret a while back. Took me about 5 days, of which 3 of them were gastro 🤷🏼♀️😵🙈 But it has shrunk my stomach quite a bit to where a 300 calorie, 27g protein lunch is too much. I feel like my stomach could explode any minute! Suppose this is why I should be limiting my food portions. I'm just scared my stomach stretches again and I binge until I get sick. But I've got a short-term goal I want to reach. Once I reach 120kg, I can buy myself the walking pad that I've been eyeing! 7.8kg to go! Let's get it! 🙏💪

I weighed myself on Monday - I was 132kg. Today, I'm 127.9kg. Weight fluctuations kill my spirit on most days and then I have one good day where I scratch my head trying to understand the weight drop! But deep down I know why - (1) I had my period and I always gain 3kg of water weight. (2) I also ate some sodium-heavy foods, which can result in high water weight. One good thing is, I usually weigh heavier after office days, but it was quite a lovely surprise today! 7.9kg to go until I can get a walking pad!
