Well, I lost 2 more pounds. Yah for me!!! I was really concerned that my slip ups in the week and the pizza i had for my bday were going to render no weightloss. I, at some point, will try to actually complete a whole 2 weeks worth of the Phase 1 portion of the South Beach diet, as of yet I have not been successful in this. It's been Phase 2 all the way, because I slip up on Phase 1. Maybe that's gonna have to be the key for me. I guess it's all good as long as I'm losing weight, it just may not be as fast as I would like. Happy New Year to me!!
