Yay, I finally got my dvd set up in my room and resumed my workouts. I was beginning to get lazy, and that's just not good b/c I'm already 10 days or show shy of completing the program. I took about a week off of 'pressing-play' workouts, but with moving, I've been definitely getting a workout, so it kind of balances out. I'm going to California in less than two months, and I really want to look good. It's going to be a bevy of lean bodies, and while I don't expect a six pack I would love to pull of a nice bikini. Working out isn't my problem, it's my eating. I have done so many diets, that on any given day I can come up w. some kind of whacky justification to eat some nonsense. It's really hard for me to stick with one set plan, a la Atkins or something. The past week I did find something I liked though. I've started drinking Sassy Water, I'm going to put the recipe in the recipe section. It's pretty much regular water, but you put in lemon slices, cucumber, mint leaves and ginger. It tastes great, its supposed to keep you from bloating and its an easy way to get your water in for the day. I usually can drink a whole gallon pretty easily.

I've never heard of Sassy water, it sounds interesting. That description sounds really good as a matter of fact, I'll be looking forward to seeing the details.
