My foot is killing me, and it is making it hard to work out. I'll be running, and start worrying that I'm doing harm. Then the mind game starts - am I really worried that I'm doing harm, or do I just want off the darn machine? (I believe more the second, but some of the first, too! LOL)

Weather warmed up to 45 degrees today. I am hopeful, very hopeful, that Spring is coming. And I'll be able to workout outside!

Nice to be able to work from home this week, and I am being very determined to stop after 9 hours each day. Hard, especially when the home office is right next to the kitchen... but I'm home so seldom that I'm going to make sure I pay attention to family, household chores, and ME.

The pain is telling you something. Maybe different workout shoes. Maybe different equipment for a while. I hear spinning is fun. You might need to heal. Your sweet mind is not playing games...it's saying ouch! You've been working your body so hard. You're the first one to say switch it up. Row, spin, hang. But, whatever you do, listen to your body, trust it. You've got a good one!
