Beginning the 2nd week of Insanity and I'm pretty excited. I have been pretty unmotivated but it hasn't stopped me from doing the workouts. It has made me slack during them but I still feel better that I am doing them. I took down my original measurements today and BMI and Body Fat %. I think that has got me a little more excited to see results as opposed to just keeping track of my weight, which fluctuates so much that it doesn't motivate me at all. I'm starting this week of right healthily! I weigh and measure this coming sunday I am so excited!! :)
