I realized I missed a bunch of comments on my entries b/c I don't get notified unless I look at my old entries, so sorry anyone who thought I was ignoring them!
I recorded my food from yesterday and I thought I'd probably eaten too little, but it was almost exactly my RDI. I guess I eat more than I think (?) but honestly it wasn't all that much food. I didn't realize pita has 150 calories, though! WOW!
No wine last night, which is a good thing!
