Only let myself down here with the weight gain. However I'm not giving up. Summer is now passed and time to refocus. I'm happy to get working out and eating right. Always feel so much better. I am positive the last 10 lbs I put on will come off easy enough but the reward will come with the dedication to my final goal. I'm back!! :)
