My final pre-Christmas weigh-in and a whole pound down since yesterday, so I'm now officially into the 160s - yay!! I was very firm with hubby yesterday and managed to persuade him that one night off of the bubbly would not ruin Christmas, so that obviously really helped.
So, I haven't quite managed my 3 stone (42lb) goal in time for Christmas, but I'm so close I'm feeling motivated to go for it in time for New Year's Eve instead!
I was saying to my husband yesterday that this is the first Christmas I remember that I've actually been sticking to any kind of healthy eating. In the past, I think the whole month of December has descended into one continual eating and drinking fest! I really believe this change is down to being part of the Fatsecret community and having all the fantastic support from all my wonderful buddies, so thank you all for helping me get this far!
