Since the cook-off was cancelled I stayed home and tried my best not to eat too much bad stuff. Went a little high on the carbs Saturday due to broccoli, but I should get back in the groove without issue. Did ok one the not eating bad, but sure enjoyed a nice bottle of Crown Saturday night! I know, bad idea, but I enjoyed myself. Lol

Back to being good today, only meat, cheese, eggs, a small tomato, and some lettuce. Steak and eggs for lunch, and a lettuce wrap BLT for dinner.

We shall see what the Wednesday scale says...

On a good note, I see that some of the great people that I follow have turned in some great losses! Keep it up all, and I hope everyone has a nice week coming up.
