CB...are you in NM? If so I went to school in Socorro, NMT....sure miss the Hatch green chilies roasting outside all the food stores in the fall....we can't get anything remotely close to them where I live now :(

Steven, I'm not in NM, but both of my boys live in ABQ. One in school at UNM, the other works for the Nation. I've had several folks ask me if I live in the Land of Enchantment, I'm wondering why? If it's because of my love for all things pepper and Hatch being the main one, well those are shipped in from the boys. That's a requirement I have for them.

I spend as much time in NM as I can. Love the country, people, and food! Plan to retire there at some point. The bride and I are about to pull the trigger on several acres just below Cloudcroft.

Agreed CB, nice area, friendly folks, great food & vib, we loved our time there...but we're still happy to be back living in the great white frozen north...aka...Canada ;-)
