Back to tracking on-site, starting today. I've found that I can eat a little more fat and my gallbladder is still fine, which is really good news! I've also had a lot less pain with my hip this past week. Daughter and I went for a walk last night and it didn't hurt at all...it has been forever since that was true! Very happy about that, since the walking challenge starts today too. Not much else to report - work is work, home is still my favorite place to be, and I guess that's about it for right now. What are you doing today?
