Morning, well couldn't help it, cooked this weekend. Enjoyed the cereal so much I made some Keto granola and Keto Panna Cotta (kinda Italian vanilla pudding). Had to do something fun after all the cleaning. We had an Italian Sunday like I used to when I was a kid. Lasagna (with zucchini noodles) and Coffee Panna Cotta for dessert. Diet - ha I laugh at the word. It's so nice, enjoying the comfort of the food I love, without the guilt and heaviness. Thinking of trying an egg fast, but worry a little about my cholesterol, it was a bit high last time I was tested.
