Im feeling exiting to see the reading on the scale...Eating healthy pays off at the end!!! Yesterday i went out and had some tacos and i don't really know what made my stomach blow up!! literally blow up like a balloon..ny husband said it looked as if i was 5mos pregnant..can anyone guess on what it could be??? o and one more question? what do you guys think about dieting and drinking coffe? (more than 3cps a day?) good, bad or it don't really matter?
