I seem to be picking up on a thing or 2 around here!

Last night I mentioned to my bride that I wanted a sandwich REALLY BAD (I'm a sammich freak)! She was supportive and told me no, and that there were plenty of other good things in the kitchen for me to eat. So, I went and made myself a "sandwich". Actually, more like a burrito when I finished rolling them up... I don't remember who I saw make these, but thanks for the inspiration!

Romain lettuce, tomatoes from the garden, homemade bacon, and some Hellman's mayo. Wifey had one too and mentioned that I will be making these again.
