Mine too! You really do need to stop drinking wine for a couple of weeks and basically break the habit. Then when you introduce it back in really pay attention to serving sizes. I serving of wine is 5oz. When I first actually measured out 5oz it really woke me up to how much wine I really was drinking so that was my big wake up call. Not sure how often or how big your servings are but it truly is a lot of extra calories added to your food intake. I still have a glass or 2 every once in a while (weekend reward) but not 3+ times a week like I used to. I've dropped 15lbs with 33 more to go!
