I just realized I only have 20 pounds to make it to my mini-goal of 275. I really know I can do this in a few months! Isn't it interesting how 20 pounds on someone who is obese it is a drop in the ocean but for those who are fit it's a lot of weight? Well, maybe the word isn't "interesting" HAHA. I will be grateful when I make it b/c it will be the lowest weight for me since before my Mom passed away in February.

Thanks to everyone for keeping the motivation and challenges going!

I know exactly what you mean 😜. Saw before and after photos of someone who had lost 30 pounds and it was a huge difference. I've lost over 40 pounds and can barely see a difference lol. But we will get there, little by little. You'll be at your mini goal in no time! Yay!

Congratulations on the 20! This morning I made it back below 250 for the first time since my Mom died in 2006. So stand strong buddy. I feel your journey and share your grief.

way to go!! I like the idea of mini goals. I just reset my goal cause I couldn't look at "110 pounds to go" anymore....but setting it to be mini goal really helps! I WILL be in the under 300 club by my birthday in December :) Loss is really difficult, I am very sorry about your mom.
