day 2 of efm..Feeling great..I worked out for ab hour and half and did not feel tired at all!! this morning i woke up early and did some abbs workout (great abbs guarenteed) not aching! my next weigh in will be on sunday! hopefully the scale will be on my side! have an awesome day buddies! you are all doing an awesome job!
