I've decided to quit tracking foods and calories burned. It seems like it made me want food more and more...I need just the opposite. Will still continue to monitor site and everyone's progress. I just need to quit looking at food a recipes for so long...Don't give up the ship.

I hear you! It's a bit of a slippery slope. I'm just glad I'm not weighing myself. Tracking food feels very freeing to me right now, but if you've already got all that insight, and are able to manage intake intuitively, so much the better.
