So Ive been doing good with my caloric intake this past several days I'm just having such an issue getting myself to exercise. Once I'm doing it I'm good but its getting myself off the sofa that's the issue. So this week my goal is to make myself power walk at least 3 days this week. Hopefully I can muster the motivation only 2 months and 8 days till my cruise! It's hard living out of state away from my family if I had a walking buddy this would be so much easier...It doesn't help that I'm coming up slowly from a depressed period, I tend to get depressed and lazy in the winter time. So here's to a good week ahead and trying to get my butt in gear, literally.
