Unbelievable: I traveled via air to New York today and for the FIRST time ever, the airport did not trigger an eat all-you-can-of everything-event. I thought of all you guys, (although I know you all only through the internet) and all your support and my efforts combined to make it a successful day. Instead of candied M & M's, Starbucks cake, potatoe chips, an entire bag of nuts, lattes, a bag red licorice-all of this while waiting to in an airport-I stuck to my SBD completely. I am actually overwhelmed by myself, and am so happy. I can't believe I was able to do this, and am soooo proud, even if I never lose another pound!!!!!!!!!!Thanx a bunch.....
