Unbelievable: I traveled via air to New York today and for the FIRST time ever, the airport did not trigger an eat all-you-can-of everything-event. I thought of all you guys, (although I know you all only through the internet) and all your support and my efforts combined to make it a successful day. Instead of candied M & M's, Starbucks cake, potatoe chips, an entire bag of nuts, lattes, a bag red licorice-all of this while waiting to in an airport-I stuck to my SBD completely. I am actually overwhelmed by myself, and am so happy. I can't believe I was able to do this, and am soooo proud, even if I never lose another pound!!!!!!!!!!Thanx a bunch.....

You SHOULD be so proud of yourself...that is so great. It is in those situations when it is so easy to let that be an excuse to splurge. Good for you for staying strong!

WOW! You did great! Congrats! I know how hard traveling is on your diet. That is my biggest problem.
