Just sitting here trying to write...I'm having difficulty putting my thoughts down on paper.
The past 2 weeks have been so nice at work that I'm rethinking my up coming retirement.
I've noticed that my attitude is changing as well as my co-workers. (Imagine that):) I'm trying to be less hard on them and they in turn are less hard on me.
I find that work is an obsession..and I need to cool it a little bit. I'm always thinking of work. It's really sickening.

OK,..... now that's over with..I've just now starting messing around with the food dairy and exercise journals..awesome features.
Tonight for dinner we're having Sea Bass with an awesome salad. I can find these things in the food dairy which makes it so easy to keep on top of your calories!

Just for the record, I am retired, live in So. Florida, and absolutely love retirement. I'm divorced with many friends, and I actually feel like I am going through my second childhood in that I am not accountable (most of the time) to anyone but myself, I'm free to enjoy activities I could not while working, and it is so freeding. Well, whatever you decide, good luck. This is a great site and a great program is SBD.
