Came back from vacation and went back to work, now I'm sure if I didn't work I'd be healthier! Sitting at my desk 9 hours and then a 45 -60 minute commute home totally sucks the life out of an old person like me. Since it's nice I get a little walk in and a few pushups, but then I'm ready for bed. LOL Can't wait till I retire in a few months.
