setting a mini-goal to be 155lbs by March 1st. Weighed myself today and I'm 160. I think losing 5lbs in two weeks is a reasonable goal. I hope by meeting that goal, it will give me more motivation. It's hard when you're finally losing weight the 'right way' instead of trying fad diets, etc, because I'm losing weight so slowly. But I know this is the healthiest way and it will help prevent gaining weight back (especially so fast) in the future.

not sure i will meet this mini goal, it would mean losing 4 pounds in the next week. we'll see!
