I'm 26 years old, my weight has always fluxuated between these horrible thirty-some pounds and I'm sick of it! At 165 pounds, I am at the heaviest I've ever been! It's hard to believe that in high school I was a very slim 125!
My goal weight is about 138 pounds (maybe even less). I am hoping to get enough support from this site to really stick with a diet plan and keep the weight off for good!
