Thank you for all the good thoughts and atta girls, I really appreciate it. Sometimes I feel like I'm fighting the world to do what I know is right for me. Especially, when I'm at gatherings with my family and I have to keep saying NO! It's nice when others know what I'm feeling and I'm not so alone.

I think the weight loss was because of carrying a lot of baggage through the airports and extraordinary long distances between flights. I was traveling with a friend and she has a wheelchair, I carried both our carry-ons. Not to mention dragging both our suitcases!! Forced weightlifting ha! Who knew how beneficial?? lol :-)
