91 days to go! 20lbs to go! Weight STILL 174lbs But % body fat 43.7%,so at least something's coming down! And I managed to get the "slendertone " tummy toner done up without the Velcro ties bursting open🎉🎉 After all the confusion yesterday , I've realised my buddies are now followers, but I still have to approve follower requests, so I know who is following me. Phew ! Hoping my weight starts shifting downwards again tomorrow !🙏🏻 Have a happy and successful day fs friends 😁
