Thursday: Good sleep. 44 degrees and rainy. Alltogether not a bad winter day. Not a lot to do at work today, so I am taking the hot line and looking forward to a long slow day of trouble shooting. I am working upstairs now and find I am walking those two flights of 10 stairs about 20 times a day. By the end of the day my legs feel really tired going up and down those things. I hope it helps with my Weight loss. I got tickets to Wicked for march. I will go with my grandaughter. I think its a good story for young girls, at 15 she should appriciate the message behind the play. Something I can look forward to. I went to bed early and got up early and cleaned house for a bit, then walked on the tredmill for 20 mins. Feeling the doldrums of winter and I find myself really wanting some excitement. Maybe Vegas or Cabo...still waiting to see how Bs bussiness workes out. My BMI is: 33.3
