Thursday: Good sleep. 44 degrees and rainy. Alltogether not a bad winter day. Not a lot to do at work today, so I am taking the hot line and looking forward to a long slow day of trouble shooting. I am working upstairs now and find I am walking those two flights of 10 stairs about 20 times a day. By the end of the day my legs feel really tired going up and down those things. I hope it helps with my Weight loss. I got tickets to Wicked for march. I will go with my grandaughter. I think its a good story for young girls, at 15 she should appriciate the message behind the play. Something I can look forward to. I went to bed early and got up early and cleaned house for a bit, then walked on the tredmill for 20 mins. Feeling the doldrums of winter and I find myself really wanting some excitement. Maybe Vegas or Cabo...still waiting to see how Bs bussiness workes out.
My BMI is: 33.3

I am in the MODERATELY OBESE weight range.

Goal Setting Recommendation: To move to the next weight range I need to weigh 168.8 poundsto be in the OVERWEIGHT weight range.

Good job on the steps, Carolyn. I'm sure they'll help with the weight loss. And I've seen Wicked. Both you and your granddaughter will LOVE it. My goals are based on BMI too. Are you using bmicalculator.org?
