Feeling a great deal better, moving with no pain so I did a stretching video, slow and steady. Yesterday, I made some cloud bread, this way if I'm tired after work I can make a burger and have a bun. I tried buying the low carb bread, but I just can't get pass my "thrifty" nature, $7 a loaf a bread is CRAZY. Trust me I used it very sparingly. I think I got a complement yesterday, my sis in law told me I look like I've lost some weight, I said yes and she said "your stomach doesn't show up as much when you turn to the side." Yeah, she is a loving soul. :-) If you're in VA - finally we have sun, enjoy it. If you're elsewhere have a great day!! Happy Mom's day to all you mothers!!
