Last night was rough. I was CRAVING food. Really, any food! I think I'm close to ovulating and I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it (maybe I'm PMS'ing?) but it was hard not to just shove food down my throat. I settled on a cup of fat-free marshmallow lovers hot chocolate (only 70 calories), so at least I made a good choice.

I'm not sure what tomorrow's weigh-in will be since I ate so poorly this past weekend. I'm not planning on having a repeat of that this weekend. I am going out to dinner for V-Day, so I'll have just ONE day of off-diet eating, not 3 like last weekend. Yikes!
